XCC Mod Launcher is used when running an exe file created by XCC Mod Creator. It provides the interface that was defined in the Mod Creator. It also uses command-line tools to turn your mod on and load RA2 or YR. XCC Mod Launcher can open EXE files created by the Mod Creator, which actually have the launcher in them, and do not need the standlone programs, or it can open XMLF files created by Mod Creator, which will only work specifically with Mod Launcher. It is included in the XCC Utilities pack.
