Logic related to SecretHouses, as a whole or in part, is obsolete in Red Alert 2 and/or Yuri's Revenge.

Has no effect in-game, despite the fact that the flag is parsed and Yuri Clone has this flag set as Template:TTL in unmodded Yuri's Revenge.

It is theorised that this flag was intended to restrict access to certain units obtained via a Tech Secret Lab to specific countries, but that the idea of restricting access to such units was eventually abandoned (possibly for reasons of development time rather than gameplay).
