Specifies the speed at which this projectile should animate. 0 means no playback, while non-zero numbers indicate how many time frames to wait before moving to the next animation frame. In other words, 1 is the fastest speed, and higher values indicate slower speed.

Only applicable to non-rotating, non-voxel projectiles.
