Simple flag used to determine if this is an official Westwood map or not and can be set to 'yes' or 'no'. NOTE: In Red Alert 2 before the 1.005 patch, this is also used by the 'auto transfer' facility for games played over a LAN or the Internet. If you set Official=no in the [Basic] section of the map file then the map file is automatically sent to all other players, otherwise you get the 'Player Does Not Have...' error.
