Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies whether or not this overlay is drawn 'flat' (default is 'yes' as by definition overlays are normally flat on the ground). When an overlay is not drawn flat on the map, units can move 'behind' it, giving the impression that the overlay looks like a structure, although the effect looks very '2D'. This is normally used for 'taller' overlay images such as fences and walls. NOTE: because of their nature, overlays cannot 'hide' objects like structures can, so you won't get the 'behind' animation effect when an object passes behind the overlay. In a way, this allows an overlay to act like a terrain object instead (such as a tree or Ore Mine).
