Simple flag which can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines if all units which start the game on the map hold Veteran status. Note that this does not include the MCV. The enhancements to characteristics and weaponry each unit has with veterancy is determined in each units entry in the RULES file with the EliteAbilities= and VeteranAbilities= statements, and apply only if the unit also has Trainable=yes set. The overall benefits of veterancy are set in the RULES file in the [General] section.
