The number of frames that the barrel attached to the TurretAnim= on this BuildingType requires to recover after recoiling. Only applies to structures that have TurretRecoil=yes set to give the impression of weapon recovery after it recoils. This can be used to make the barrel recoil independently of the turret itself.
