The sound effect played when any garrisonable building is garrisoned.

Notes

Since it does not check whether it is a civilian structure, it will work even on structures like the Soviet Battle Bunker added in Yuri's Revenge, as long as it can be garrisoned, meaning it only needs to have CanBeOccupied=yes and the correct MaxNumberOccupants settings.

While garrisoned, the EVA_StructureGarrisoned event will also be played.
