Flag: | CarriesCrate |
File(s): | rules(md).ini |
Values: | Boolean values: yes or no, true or false, 1 or 0 |
Default: | no |
Applicable to: | VehicleTypes |
Specifies whether a VehicleType will leave a Crate at its original position when destroyed, as exemplified by the [TRUCKB] in the original game.
This flag is subject to TruckCrate, unless the vehicle is a train, in which case it's subject to TrainCrate.
- This means that the unit will not spawn a crate if the map has TruckCrate=no (TrainCrate=no in case of trains).
Notes
A particularly evident key point is: The logic can only create a crate when the game has the Crates option enabled.
- For singleplayer missions, this requires setting [MultiplayerDialogSettings]→Crates=yes.
In skirmish/multiplayer, the crate will contain a random powerup;
The following information has not yet been verified. If you can contribute, please do so.
In singleplayer missions, the powerup is determined by WoodCrate.
