Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies that this warhead will cause a delayed explosion effect. This is a little used feature that can be used to get 'aftershock' effects tied to weapons, although the effect will only take place on objects that have EligibleForDelayKill=yes set (although the warhead itself will still effect the target). The object will 'timed' explode (i.e. a set delay between its destruction and the resultant explosion) and is used on barrels in Red Alert 2.
