Defines the default sound effect for teleporting objects when individual ChronoInSound and ChronoOutSound values are not specified. Requires the object to have Teleporter=yes set.

- Fallback sound for teleporting objects
- May be overridden by:
- Unit-specific ChronoInSound/ChronoOutSound settings
- [AudioVisual] section settings
- Sound must be defined in sound.ini
- May not be fully implemented in all game versions
[Usage] Set in the rulesmd.ini file under the [General] section: rules(md).ini
