Specifies the default particle system used for spark effects generated by units or events.
[Usage] Set in the rulesmd.ini file under the [General] section: rules(md).ini

- Requires full particle system definition in rules file
- Used for electrical and impact effects
- Common in Tesla and mechanical damage effects
