This value acts as a multiplier in conjunction with DelayKillFrames to create a sequential explosion effect within the area defined by CellSpread. Unlike the standard damage fade-off across the CellSpread, this creates an ascending timeline for detonations, resulting in a chain reaction or aftershock effect. The total delay between the initial and final explosions is calculated by multiplying this value with DelayKillFrames.
