This is the name of the map given to it by its designer when it was saved and is the name which appears in the multiplayer game screen when the map is selected. In Tiberian Sun this was a plain text entry although in Red Alert 2 it has been turned into a hexadecimal notation. Each hex byte is the ASCII code for one letter of the map name given to it in the Random Map Generator when it is saved. If you just want to change this name, load the map into the RMG and save it with a different name.
