Controls Latin character text display support in Westwood Online. This feature was added in a post-release patch.

- 1 = Enable Latin character support
- 0 = Disable Latin character support
- Added via patch update
- Only affects Westwood Online text display
[Historical Context] This feature was not present in the original release but was added later to support Latin character sets on Westwood Online.
