In multiplayer and skirmish modes, houses can apply global modifiers to their units and buildings. By default, this value is set to "1.0". This particular modifier affects the ground movement speed of objects (higher values increase speed) and is primarily implemented for AI players at specific difficulty levels. While its effectiveness for human players in Red Alert 2 is uncertain, note that the SpeedAircraftMult flag (found in the Countries section) may override this setting.
