Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies that the weapon will instantly recharge when the building specified in AuxBuilding= is full. For example, you could create a weapon which will not recharge until the Ore Refinery is full. You must also set RechargeTime= very low for this logic to work properly, and set IsPowered= to 'false' or this logic will fail.
