Determines the offset, in pixels, from this building's origin[1] to fire the building's primary weapon from. Expressed in X,Y format where X shifts the offset on the X-axis (positive values move the point to the right, negative values move to the left) and Y shifts on the Y-axis (positive values move the point down, negative values move up).
Assumes the building has no turret. If the building has a turret, use PrimaryFireFLH instead.
