Specifies the minimum IQ level required for a computer-controlled house to be able to automatically produce units for AI teams[1] and (re)construct buildings according to base nodes, if any. If the house has lower IQ, production must be enabled separately by the appropriate Map Trigger Action #3 - Production Begins.
