Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and instructs the AI player that this building should have a wall constructed around it once built. This might not happen immediately after, as any defensive structures in the current build queue will temporarily block the creation of walls.
Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations
If the AI gains ownership of a building with ProtectWithWall=yes through capture, or rebuilds one after it was destroyed, it will not attempt to build a wall around it.
