Specify the radius within which this building can detect enemies who would attempt to attack. This is used for the Psychic Sensor in Red Alert 2.
Notes
Detected targets will have a dashed line drawn between themselves and the target, using the color of their owner's house.
An additional effect is that if a super weapon of Type=MultiMissile fired[1] by an enemy is about to land within this range, an animation named [PSIWARN] will be created at the impact point.
