[Description] Specifies the sound to play when the Psychic Sensor detects an enemy. The value should reference a sound defined in SOUND.INI.

[Notes] This is the corrected flag name: PsychicSensorDetectAttach= in some RULES.INI files is invalid; PsychicSensorDetectSound= is the parsed field. Historically the related visual (PSIWARN.SHP) has palette issues but detection logic remains functional.
