Determines the Tech Level in the game at which this object is available for the player(s) to build or train. Appears to have little use in Red Alert 2 although it has been stated that this has some influence of the order in which the sidebar Cameo= for the object will appear. Should be set only on a scale of 1 - 10 which the game is hardcoded to use, although values outside of this scale indicate that the object cannot be built. A value of -1 represents that this object can never be built or trained, and it has been stated that objects set with a value of 11 form a special case and can still be built or trained if the requirements set with their PrerequisiteOverride= statement are met although this has not been fully substantiated.
