Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines whether or not this BuildingTypes can be toggled 'on' and 'off' as with the power toggle function from Tiberian Sun - this can be made to work in Red Alert 2 as a 'super weapon' of sorts although there are restrictions and inherent problems. Also dictates whether or not the structure can be affected by a low-power situation.

Editor's Note: According to the INI-comment regarding this flag, the default is 'yes' .
