This flag determines whether or not certain BuildingTypes, such as helipads, will not spawn an AircraftType when constructed. The aircraft appears docked to the building regardless of whether or not the building has Template:TTL set.
In Red Alert
In Red Alert and its expansions, if Template:TTL, helipads are hardcoded to spawn a certain aircraft depending on the side constructing them.
