Specifies the second weapon that this object gets when it attains 'Elite' status through the veteran system. If no weapon is specified here, the unit retains its Secondary= weapon. By not specifying a Secondary= weapon but giving it an EliteSecondary= weapon, you can make sure the unit only gets a second weapon when it reaches 'Elite' status.
