Editor's note: "unsetting" this tag works using ForbiddenHouess=<none>. An empty list in a map (or in an INI loaded with Ares' #include) will do nothing. This is unlike RequiredHouses which can't be unset at all and must either be erased from base rules or re-defined in a map (or in an INI loaded with Ares' #include).
