Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines if this BuildingType is more likely to be hit by lightning during a Weather Storm (thus reducing the chance of other structures being hit). It is not known if this logic works entirely in Red Alert 2 as it is residual from the equivalent logic in Tiberian Sun which applied to the Ion Storms.
