When this flag is set on a team, the AI will immediately replace any lost members of that team by recruiting from existing units or by producing new ones. Recruitment from existing reserves depends on the Group and Autocreate settings, unless overriden by Recruiter=yes. If the units are to be produced from factories, they are not produced free of charge.
