Simple flag which can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines if players are allowed to break alliances with each other on the map. This is over-ridden if you play in Free For All mode so does not really have much use. Note that this setting cannot be used on any form of map to make or break an alliance with computer players (like you could in earlier versions of Red Alert) although there is an Action= (see later) which can be used to do this.
