Used for single player missions only. Flag which can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and determines if the timer from the previous mission is carried over into this one. This is used in campaigns where several missions carry into the next and the overall completion of them must be done within a set period of time. The effect of this is that at the start of this mission the global timer is set to the value which remained on it at the end of the previous one.
