Lists BuildingTypes that count as FACTORY in the prerequisite system.

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations

When determining if it can build an object that has FACTORY as its prerequisite, the AI actually checks for buildings listed in BuildWeapons and not PrerequisiteFactory.
