Logic related to FreeBuildup, as a whole or in part, is obsolete in Yuri's Revenge.
If set, the buildup animation of this building will be cleared from the internal memory (RAM) once the animation has completed. Use this in conjunction with DemandLoadBuildup, which loads the animation only when it's required during the game. This was especially meaningful in the days when RAM was far more limited and had to be conserved.
