This flag defines a multiplier to damage all InfantryTypes receive from this Warhead while prone (in RA2/YR, it also applies when they are deployed). It is applied after the Verses has been calculated.

It is a global setting (in [General]) in RA1, and is a Warhead property in TS and later.
