This flag defines a multiplier to damage all infantry units receive from this warhead while prone. It is a direct multiplier to Damage applied before the Verses has been calculated.

This is a global setting (in [General]) in Red Alert, and a warhead property in Tiberian Sun to Yuri's Revenge.

Curiously, this flag is also used when calculating damage against jumpjet infantry with Fearless=yes while the infantry is in the air.
