Specifies the time, in minutes1, that this object takes to deploy passengers or produced objects. This does not affect the duration it takes for a unit to deploy into a building or vice versa – that is controlled globally by BuildupTime.

This flag also controls the duration of a weapons factory's door animation, if it has one. In other words, this flag controls how fast the door opens and closes.

1 on 15 FPS, the default game speed.
