Note: This flag is not in the INI file by default. It needs to be added to the appropriate section manually.
Specifies the rate at which Harvesters/Ore Miners scoop up Tiberium/Ore.
Notes
The rate should be treated as 1 or higher; otherwise, the unit will never fill up. However, setting it to 0 will not cause a crash.
