Designate this building as a Radar Structure.

While operational, it provides the owning player with a radar diagram in the upper-right corner of the sidebar. If the building ceases operation due to power issues or other reasons, the player loses the radar diagram.

Notes

When gaining radar, sidec0#.mix/radar.shp and sidebar.pal play sequentially in the upper-right corner; when losing radar, they play in reverse order. For thirdside in vanilla or sides with Sidebar.YuriFileNames=yes in Ares, radary.shp and radaryuri.pal are used instead.

In Version 3.0, Ares introduced a new Type=Battery super weapon. When this structure is added to the Battery.Overpower= list, even if the power supply remains insufficient to operate it, the radar display effect will still activate as if the structure were functioning normally.
