This flag determines whether BuildingType has ammo loading function. When set to yes, it will load ammo for all unit which docks with it if they have ManualReload=yes set. The loading rate is determined by ReloadRate, one ammo per round.
This feature also has a repair function similar to UnitRepair, which is effective for any units that dock with it. It restores the strength of RepairStep value in per RepairRate. The repair amount setting is determined by RepairPercent.
