If set to yes, the animation specified by SuperAnimThree will be switched to the animation specified by SuperLowPower when there is low power. Note: PoweredSpecial is not required to enable this, it is two unrelated logics. Similarly, this does not require special power-off methods such as DrainWeapon to take effect, it only requires no insufficient power.
