Note: This flag is not in the INI file by default. It needs to be added to the appropriate section manually.
Specifies the time, in minutes (900 frames), it takes for a Harvester/Ore Miner to empty each "bail" of Tiberium/ore when docked with a refinery.
Notes
This more defines how long a harvester cannot leave after docking with the refinery, because unloading is completed all at once in one frame of this process.
