On VehicleTypes: Determines whether a VehicleType behaves as an ore miner. When set to 'yes' the unit follows ore-mining rules for AI targeting and protection, and it receives a special mining 'weapon' used to begin the mining process on ore deposits.

Interactions and notes

  • If a map sets HarvesterImmune and the Harvester gains immunity via that, the unit will obtain Immune as appropriate.
  • When a locomotor supports teleport (Teleport), setting Harvester=yes cancels the chrono-teleport delay for that unit.
  • The Harvester-related IQ setting governs the IQ level required before a house will automatically replace lost ore miners (see the [IQ] section).
