If set to yes, the animation specified by SuperLowPower should use a replacement rule similar to SuperAnimThreePoweredEffect, but in reality, I have not seen XXPowered Effect type Flags take effect outside of the association logic between SuperAnimThree and SuperLowPower.
But without this substitution effect, then this Flag has almost no difference in effect from SuperLowPowerPoweredLight, and either of them can achieve the corresponding effect.
Especially I completely cannot understand why SuperLowPower, as the target to be replaced, also has this ext labal +PoweredEffect!!! I can't understand what magical things Westwood's programmers have designed.
