Simple flag which determines whether or not Tiberium/ore is allowed to grow (not to be confused with spread). As Tiberium/ore grows, the overlay frame is replaced by the next one, indicating that the Tiberium/ore chunk grows in size and value. The rate and probability of growth are determined by the Growth and GrowthPercentage flags, respectively, of the Tiberium/ore type.

Note: Although TiberiumGrows is listed in and read from [General], its value is overwritten by the in-game multiplayer dialog and/or the map's [SpecialFlags] setting.
