If set to a value greater than zero, the BuildingType periodically heals all of the owner's InfantryTypes on the map after each {{f|SelfHealInfantryFrames|link}} by {{f|SelfHealInfantryAmount|link}} multiplied by this flag's value. Since the effect is constant and covers the whole map, it renders the {{f|Hospital|link}} flag by all intents and purposes obsolete.
