Can be set to 'yes' or 'no' and specifies whether or not this overlay is classed as a rock, that is an overlay which is not traversable but which units can travel behind. Setting this to 'yes' means that units will consider this an impassable blockage when they make a path finding decision regardless of their MovementZone=, although this is only used by 'ground' based locomotors.
If the IsARock=true tag is attached to your wall(Wall=yes) building And any weapon with the tag TerrainFire=yes will get your wall attack cursor.
