This flag determines how fast vehicles with the subterranean locomotor will travel vertically, i.e. when submerging to or emerging from the ground. It also controls how fast the unit rotates as it begins to burrow or as it emerges from the ground. Higher values indicate faster speed.

Note: This flag does not control how fast units move horizontally when underground – that setting is hardcoded.
