Note: This flag is not in the INI file by default. It needs to be added to the appropriate section manually.

The sound effect played when any occupied civilian building is abandoned.

Notes

Buildings that can be garrisoned need to have CanBeOccupied=yes. Civilian buildings mean that starting from Yuri's Revenge, they additionally need to be TechLevel=-1, otherwise, this behavior will not be triggered during garrison evacuation, just like Soviet Battle Bunker.

While executing the garrison evacuation, the EVA_StructureAbandoned event will also be played.
