rulesmd.ini(md).ini Spyable Boolean (yes/no). When set, this BuildingType triggers special infiltration logic (Agent=yes infantry). Known effects include: resetting shroud for radar structures, cutting power for power-supplying structures, granting veteran builds for factories, unlocking prerequisite tech, resetting superweapon recharge, or stealing credits from refineries.
