If Culling=yes is set then this warhead will instantly destroy the target if:

Bugs/Side-Effects/Unexpected Limitations

Note that Culling is only actually checked if the warhead also has Parasite=yes set and the attacking unit has both Naval=yes and Organic=yes set.

  • This limitation was lifted in Ares 3.0, And you can set the probability of the object being affected by Culling effect

In this case, if Culling is used, the Warhead will be unable to kill InfantryType objects.

  • After the attack that should have killed the target is calculated, the parasite will pop out, but all the killing and damaging effects that should have taken place will not take effect.
    • The targeted InfantryType object can even retain a significant amount of Health.
  • Moreover, this InfantryType will no longer be able to perform any actions other than standing still (including being attacked and dying; other units will not be able to attack this infantry, and attempts to damage this infantry using methods like the Iron Curtain will only leave it with the last bit of Health), even though he can still receive orders.
